Returns Policy

We hope you enjoy shopping with us and we like happy customers, our returns policy mirrors this.


We hope you will be happy with your chosen products however if you have changed your mind return of goods must be made within  10 days of receipt of goods. Goods can be exchanged or refunded.

Goods for refund must be complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse items which are marked or appear to have been used.

We will process your refund, less any initial postage charges, within 28 days of receipt of the returned goods providing you have followed the above procedures and time frames. Refunds will be paid to the card used at point of order. The cost of returns is at your own expense and risk, we advise you to obtain a free proof of postage. Any sale items will be refunded for the price paid.

If the item was a gift only the original purchaser can return the item and receive an exchange or refund.

Please note that in the interest of health and safety we are unable to take returns on wigs, face paint and theatrical Make-Up products.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We hope your order arrives in good condition after our thorough checking, however should any part of your order arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact us by e-mail or in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods. Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods will be exchanged or refunded. Refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of goods we will refund delivery costs incurred on faulty, damaged or incorrect orders.

Chocolates and earrings or pierced items can only be returned if faulty, damaged or incorrect.

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000
